How to Book an Embassy Appointment Online

To obtain an appointment, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Register Your Account (First-Time Users Only)

Visit the official online appointment system: https://france.embassyonline.lk/

1. Click “Create a new account?” at the bottom of the login page.
2. Register using your email address and create a password.
3. Complete the registration process as instructed.

Please note: Registration is required only once. You can use the same account for future appointments whenever you need to access the appointment system.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Once your account has been registered, return to the website and enter your registered email address and password.

Click “Access Account” to log in.

Step 3: Book Your Appointment

After logging in, follow the instructions on the website to select the relevant consular service and book your appointment.

Please check that the appointment details are correct before completing your booking.

Important Information

• Please keep your registered email address and password safe.
• You do not need to create a new account for every appointment.
• Use your existing account whenever you wish to book another appointment in the future.
